HR Executive Intern

We have an urgent opening for the position of HR Executive. Candiate should have great communication skills with 0.3 to 1 year of experience in HR executive.

Note: This is an onsite job, you will have to come office.

• - Reviewing resumes and applications.
• - Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, employee personal details for signing of contracts.
• - Managing workplace safety issues.
• - Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
• - Regular updating of communication channels.
• - Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
• - Office management and regular communication with clients.
• - Speaking skills in English, Kannada and Hindi is mandatory.
• - Facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
• - Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.

• - Graduate.
• - Good Personality and Good communication skills(English, Kannada & Hindi).
